Pricing
Real GBP ranges. No guessing.
We are a UK AI automation consultancy based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. This page publishes the price ranges we actually quote — because most consultancies won't, and that is the most common frustration we hear on audit calls.
Everything below reflects live quotes. Final figures depend on scope agreed at audit stage. No setup fees, no per-user charges, no lock-in beyond a rolling three-month retainer.
How it works
Three stages. Nothing hidden.
Every engagement follows the same path, so nobody signs a large cheque without a written scope — and we don't scope for free.
- 01
Free 30-minute audit
A screen-shared call, no deck. We map your current workflow, name what is worth automating and what isn't, and only propose a paid audit if there is genuine scope.
- 02
Paid deep-dive audit — £1,500–£2,500
A written report: current-state workflow map, prioritised opportunities, tool-stack recommendation, ROI projection and a fixed-fee build proposal. Credited against the build if you proceed.
- 03
Build, then retainer
Build is quoted as a fixed fee agreed up front. Once live, a monthly retainer covers hosting, monitoring, tuning and support — nothing open-ended.

Ongoing
Retainer and day rate
Retainers start at £250/month for a single simple system and typically sit £450–£950/month for a full voice receptionist or multi-system deployment. That covers hosting, monitoring, prompt tuning, small changes and UK business-hours support. Third-party usage (Twilio, VAPI, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Anthropic) is billed at cost, with no markup.
Pure consultancy — no build — runs £850–£1,200 per day. Most clients buy outcomes at a fixed fee, but if you have an in-house team and need specialist n8n or workflow architecture help, that is the rate.
Retainers run on a rolling three-month term, cancel with 30 days' notice from month four. Build fees are one-off. If a system isn't earning its keep, you shouldn't be paying for it.
Questions
Pricing, answered
Why is the range so wide?
Scope drives the number. A voice receptionist that just books into Google Calendar sits at the £1,500 end. One that integrates with a proprietary PMS, handles clinical triage and supports four sites sits at the £4,500 end. The audit tells you exactly where you land before you commit to anything.
Do you take a percentage of revenue or savings?
No. Fixed-fee build plus monthly retainer, with third-party costs passed through at cost. Performance-based pricing sounds attractive but creates the wrong incentives on both sides.
What happens to third-party costs — Twilio, VAPI, OpenAI?
Billed at cost, with a full monthly statement. A typical single-line AI receptionist runs £30–£90/month in usage. Busy multi-line trades or restaurants sit at £80–£200/month.
Do you offer payment plans?
Build fees over £3,000 can be split 50/50 across kickoff and go-live. We don't finance beyond that.
What if we already have some automations in place?
The audit assesses what to keep, what to replace and what to leave alone. We don't rip out working systems for the sake of it.
